2013 Summer Block Parties

will be held on the 3rd Sat in June, July and August - you'll enjoy many options for food and activities across the district!

We’re bringing back fun themes and family entertainment from 4-7pm, along with a main stage concert from 7-10pm.

Make a day of it by coming down early for the Farmers' & Artisans' Market from 8am-Noon and exploring Broadway at the Odds & Ends Sidewalk Bazaar from Noon-4pm.


June 15th - Downtown Drive-In

Featuring activities and music from the 1950’s - entertainment will include:

Butch Wax and the Hollywoods
"Shades of Blue" - U.S. Airforce Band of Mid-America

July 20th - The BIG GIG Local Music Show

Featuring six original bands on two stages as well as a special Miles Davis Tribute. The band that generates the most support from the crowd will return on Fri, August 9th at Riverfront Amphitheater as an opening act for national bluegrass act, Leftover Salmon.
